RuckingAI and any other AI-powered tool we provide generate responses automatically. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out-of-date. You are responsible for evaluating output before acting on it and must not rely on it as professional advice. We may rate-limit, suspend, or modify AI features at any time.
4. Affiliate Links and Products
The Services contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click a link or make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. We do not sell, ship, manufacture, or warrant third-party products. All sales, returns, warranties, and support are handled by the third-party retailer.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Services; (d) submit false, misleading, or harmful content; (e) misuse any AI feature to generate content that violates law or third-party rights.

The Services, including text, design, logos, software, training plans, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Aurixon Holdings LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AURIXON HOLDINGS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. 11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute not subject to arbitration. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only; class actions are waived.
